1813:

February 7 - Raid on Elizabethtown/Brockville (ON)

February 22 - Raid on Ogdensburg (NY)

May 29 - 2nd Battle of Sackets Harbor (NY)

July 29 - Raid on Plattsburg (NY)

October 1 - Attack on Chateauguay/Four Corners (NY)

October 26 - Battle of the Châteauguay (QC)

November 10 - Skirmish at Hoople’s Creek (ON)

November 11 - Battle of Crysler's Farm (ON)

 

1814:

February 19 to 29 - Pursuit from the Salmon River to Plattsburg (QC, NY)

March 30 - 2nd Battle of La Colle Mills (QC)

May 8, 1814 - Raid on Oswego (NY)

September 11 - Battle of Plattsburgh, (NY)

 

Note: December 24, 1814, Signing of the Treaty of Ghent to end the War of 1812. The agreement was ratified in London on December 28, 1814 and in Washington on February 16, 1815 (the latter is the date the war ended). Fighting did continue for some months afterwards as it took time to notify all naval and land elements.
